Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Alptekin Altun was Born in 1984 in Balıkesir. He graduated from Sırrı Yırcalı Anatolian High School. Than he started Marmara University Dentistry Faculty and he accepted Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department in same University. At the begining og PhD Education(2011) he founded the Uzman Academy Dental Clinic with his friends. During his PhD studies, he successfully completed the Açıköğretim Business Administration Faculty as second University.

In 2013 he and his partners established a branch fort he clinic in Yenibosna and in 2014 another branch in Safak Hospital. After 2014, Mehmet Altun join the team and created a new era to became an enlarged dental group. In 2015, he started a job as scientific consultant in W&H Dentalwerk Firm AUS)  and gave many lectures and courses. He is continue to give courses for W&H (in different cities and organizations. In 2016, he and his partners established Bakırköy Branch of Uzman Akademi. In same year, He was invited to be Scientific Consultant for NDI Medical Dental İmplant (GER). Now he is owner of Smartdent AkcademiyDental Clinin on his own.

In Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery area, he has many studies, presentations and articles.  He completed his doctoral studies on TMJ and Dental Volumetric Tomography.

Now he is working in Smartdent Academy as Maxillofacial Surgeon.  In 2017 He has been working in University of ADAKENT(Cyprus) as associated prof.

He is member of S-NDI, DISSIAD, OSSEDER, ACBID, TAOMS, IAOMS, TDB, ITI, EDAD.

He is married and father of his two children.
